Fintech Kyckr scales back raising
Fintech business Kyckr has scaled back the size of its proposed initial public offering and increased the size of the free float to bankroll its global expansion plans. After initially proposing to raise between $6 million and $8m by floating on the ASX in June, Kyckr slowed down the listing process and will now raise a maximum of $6m and offer 35 per cent of the company to new external investors. “We have purposely slowed it down because we didn’t want to fall into a listing amid all the noise of the June-July period. Fintech floater convinced blockchain its future
David Cassidy, the managing director of Irish float hopeful KYCkr says blockchain is the future of its business identity check business. KYCkr is raising between $6 million and $8 million by floating between 30 million and 40 million shares at 20¢ each on the Australian Securities Exchange in June. This would give it a market capitalisation of between $25 million and $27 million. Foster Stockbroking readies KYCkr for ASX boards
Global fintech business KYCkr will meet investors for a proposed initial public offering this month, as it seeks to raise capital for growth. KYCkr has hired Foster Stockbroking to handle the proposed $8 million IPO which, if successful, would value the company at $28 million. KYCkr has a suite of KYC (know your customer) products which help payments companies such as PayPal and Swift gain greater visibility over their customer books.
